When was the last time you gave yourself permission to truly enjoy the simple pleasures in life? When was the last time you slowed down and connected to your body’s YES?

I grew up in Africa, while there was a city hustle; there was also a living song of nature and the long slow sunsets across the savannah. There wasn’t always a lot of money in the society, but there was always a lot of space and time, living was slow.

I’ve since travelled the world and met people who are strong, kind, and bold. I have known people who are creative, courageous, and compassionate. I’ve been inspired by people who are wild, warrior-like, and wise. I’ve known people who prefer to keep a low profile and others who strive to be in the limelight. Some people tend to crush themselves with comparing, while others sabotage themselves with self-doubt. People living in pain – emotional and physical, and people on a journey of healing. I‘ve danced around fires with people who exude fierceness, and swam in warm waters with those who radiate gentleness.

But a slow and spacious person? A person relaxed in their own skin? A person not struck by the clock every hour to be more productive? A person who is playful and takes time to day dream? A person who flows and finds value in the moon phases and talking about the weather? A person who can give themselves the time to slow down without anxiety, excuses or feeling like they’ve had to earn it?

Well, these people are hard to find, and are usually the first nations people still living close to the land in I places I visited. Not the city folk.

Looking over my life I now realize I have come to a place where I have created a sense of slow living in my life. A return to love in its truest form I guess.

I found I could not live in a way that went against what felt right in my body. I tried, but it never worked. Each time I crashed in depression, shut down or burnout. Each time I had to make new boundaries and new decisions. And through that I had begun to carve my way into a slow living lifestyle simply by refusing to hurt myself anymore.

Slow living came to me I did not create it, I surrendered to it.

Being a ‘Better Version of Myself,’ ‘Manifesting Challenges’ and ‘New Year. New You.’ had come to make my skin crawl. And the ‘Productivity Hacking’ lifestyle pushing on my frayed nerves was too much to bear.

So I turned to what i learnt growing up, I turned to nature and taking my cues from the seasons and my body. I started to really trust my intuition, eat what my body was calling for, and napping when I was tired. I now stop to watch the sunset and I track the moon cycles. Choosing to live by what I value, and knowing that who I am is enough regardless of external success and status.

I enjoy contributing into a community and sharing what I learn and earn. There’s no striving for me, me, me, and no status symbol in a busy schedule.

I put my whole heart into what matters deeply to me and have chosen to live a life that models to people around me another way of being – slow living, natural living, connected living.

Do YOU TEACH TANTRA TECHNIQUES?

As a somatic coach and meditation teacher, my work is based on sharing breath, awareness and subtle movement practices, that work to repair and shape the nervous system, as well as manage emotions and stress responses.

I help people who are stressed and stuck. I specialize in reviving low libido, and educating about energetic approaches to sex. As well as my unique methodology for repairing psychological ED (erectile dysfunction).

I am not a tantra teacher or sex educator. I help people integrate unprocessed stress, anxiety and trauma, and let go blocks and limiting self talk.

The cost of coaching for a ten week program is EUR 2888. All programs are paid in full up front and there are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
